His journey started in new custom homes, evolving into the lucrative and competitive world of HOA/apartment community reconstruction and repairs. After many years working for the Bay Area’s leading contractors, he set out to start a company of his own, rooted in the ethics and morals he prioritizes in business and life; hard work, drive and perseverance. Rob started his construction career over two decades ago in Santa Cruz running his own handyman business and touring with his band. The father/son team united in 2008, and together have built a multimillion-dollar business.
