With physical hands-on training you get great balance and self confidence as well as the ability to defend yourself and get in shape! Health and Longevity is our main goal, as well as real world combat martial arts training. We offer Kuntao-Silat, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Chinese Kung Fu, Animal styles, Ba Gua, Hsing I, and many traditional Chinese weapons forms.
