If I could give negative stars I would. The staff is rude & unprofessional. They are consistently late, making patients wait for hours before they come pick them up. I really wish that there was another game in town that could give them a run for their money, maybe then they'd shape up!

Regularly cancel my rides, judgemental, and rude on the phone. Would rather make a buck than get a patient to their regular appointments. Try and force what time I can have my appointments at "because of distance"

They are scamming people who really need help with getting to appointments,such as medical testing and doctors appointments. They are always late picking you up before and after appointments. They are rude, and uncaring of their clients needs. Their reimbursement gas plan is a joke! They send out your weeks schedule on time each week,but mail your checks separately, I received two checks out of eight on time, then it took over a month before getting another check! I know good and well their regular drivers don't wait a month before getting paid. Then you're only paid for one week instead of all the time they are behind. If you wait a month to send in your scheduled paperwork they send you, they don't pay you for that month because they say you turned in your paperwork late. Now if that's not a joke I don't know what is!!! If you can avoid dealing with these people, I wouldn't, they're scam artist preying off old, and or sick people.

They are despicable! They are always late at picking up their patients. You'll have to wait for HOURS at the doctors office or even at your own home for them to pick you up. My parents had to wait 3 HOURS for the cab to come pick them up and the doctor's office was about to close while they were waiting for the cab to pick them up. This is a horrendous and selfish company. I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!

Very Unprofessional, Discrimination, at it's best at work here, to the point that one of the office personnel will actually drive by a persons house to see what kind of house they live in and if they should be turned down for Transportation... with the permission of the Operations Manager.
