        I called several times to have someone come check my tanks and to help me, if they would, light the pilot on my gas logs. I never received call backs … very disappointed. The original service was great, but ...

        Really great customer service....

        Really great customer service. Prices are comparative to others, but after trying another company I have returned to Rick's. Their pricing is up front - no hidden fees, charges, etc. and you always get an answer from a friendly employee when you call. No voicemail, or waiting weeks for a call-back. Give them a try.
