I had Indoor Air come out about two months ago to clean my ducts and they checked my system. First of all they were way late. They told me 8-12 and they showed up after 2. One of the guys stunk of smoke, the other had chew in his mouth and it was leaking down the corner of his mouth. The bald one was a little rude and stuck on himself. They told me I had some kind of microbial growth in my system. They wanted $1000 to clean it, use some kind of sanitizer and put a UV Light in. I told them that was to much. The tried to negotiate the price down to $600. I told them no and just do the cleaning I paid for. They then told me they can't do the cleaning with out the other stuff. So I said I would wait and get another opinion first. I had Middleton come out and check my system and they said there was nothing growing in my system and I didn't even need to clean my ducts since my system was less than five years old and just needed a heat and a/c tune up only. I will never use or recommend them for anything no matter what coupon or special they have. My system is running perfect. So glad I didn't go with indoor air.
