My parents were having a drain clog issue at their home I called the company and they sent someone out promptly. Russell came to do the work he was very professional and courteous. If we ever need that service again we'll be sure to call them.

These guys know what they are doing, they are friendly, and they get the job done quickly. Plus their rates are reasonable. Get an estimate from that national company - I won't name them here but you know who I am talking about - and then call these guys and you will see what I mean. Family owned and in business since 1981. Work is guaranteed. Support a GOOD local business.

I've used these guys 3 times so far. First on roots at a residential property, second and third time I had heavy paper clogs at a commercial location. They got the job done, no hassle. Dont waste your time and money with drain cleaner. These guys are knowledgable and freindly. They'll get you back in business for a reasonable price, no hidden fees, no BS.

To respond to the customers review on 1/31/13: On 1/23/13 customer called ( the mrs. or miss) and specified that their main line was stopped up and that they were on a septic tank. So we informed her that if the tank was full we could not clear the main line until after it had been pumped and that we don't pump tanks. She would need to call someone else out to pump the tank, we are only drain cleaners. That morning our tech went out and found that tank was full and he had the customer flush all their toilets to make sure they were flushing into the tank. The line from the house to the tank was working good but believe the field lines are not working and tanks are full. Recommended a plumber for those repairs and only charged a customary service charge for coming out. Customer paid by check the day of job and did not indicate they were dissatisfied.

We called them and told them about a problem we were having and we asked if they could repair it. They said that they could. They sent a crew out that didnt even come inside and inspect the house. They looked around a little outside and told us exactly what we already knew. Then told us that they don't do that work, charged us a $65 service charge, and left. I feel that it is bad business to tell a customer that you can repair something, then go back on it and still charge said customer a service charge. That's why we won't be doing business with them again.
