The "manager" is so incredibly hateful. He is condescending and unaapreciative of his
Customers. He's also been reported.

I JUsT got out of the hospital for Respiratory Acidosis, which an be fatal. I went in to exchange a CPAP mask that was 2 days old. When I began to explain how the mask made me feel, he made a face. Then sarcastically said, I can't solve your problem of feeling like your having a panic attack when you put on your mask. What do you want me to do?

I said, help me?!?!
He began to rattle something smart off, and I stopped him and told him, with tears in my eyes, I'm sick, I don't feel good and I need assistance. You don't seem to want to do that.

he took out my old CPAP which I was donating, and he said "did you bring this up here for me to throw away"?

At that point, I said , are you the manager and he said, "pretty much". And he then said, Lady you're getting smart with me now and I'm not helping you. I said,
