This company preys on individuals in need of medical equipment with outlandish rates and sneaky tactics. Do yourself a favor and shop around before selecting a durable medical equipment (DME) provider.
The "manager" is so incredibly hateful. He is condescending and unaapreciative of hisCustomers. He's also been reported. I JUsT got out of the hospital for Respiratory Acidosis, which an be fatal. I went in to exchange a CPAP mask that was 2 days old. When I began to explain how the mask made me feel, he made a face. Then sarcastically said, I can't solve your problem of feeling like your having a panic attack when you put on your mask. What do you want me to do? I said, help me?!?!He began to rattle something smart off, and I stopped him and told him, with tears in my eyes, I'm sick, I don't feel good and I need assistance. You don't seem to want to do that. he took out my old CPAP which I was donating, and he said "did you bring this up here for me to throw away"? At that point, I said , are you the manager and he said, "pretty much". And he then said, Lady you're getting smart with me now and I'm not helping you. I said, If you MUST go there, ask for Phillip.
Good products at a good price. Salesmen were very friendly and willing to talk about the product. Fair price!
Awesome service. Great equipment. Very helpful. If we need more supplies we will go back there and recommend to all our friends and family.
Do Not do business with this company. My doctor ordered a product from them for me, this company billed my insurance and then asked me to pay. Both the insurance and I paid and for over 100 days (and several phone calls) I am still waiting to get my refund. Be warned, they may cheat you also.
