AAA Gas Heat Svcng

I called these people up when my heat went out. Instead of being helpful, all I got was attitude. They refused to discuss pricing on the phone - "We don't work like that." They were going to come out, but here's the catch - there was going to be an automatic $75 fee PLUS tax just for coming out here and telling me how much more they wanted to charge. I told them the truth that another company was interested in repairing my heating problem and that they were on their way to give me an estimate. Instead of offering to compete with this other company, AAA's secretary just hung up the phone on me. Rude and unprofessional. Hidden fees and charges. Stay away!
