Terrible billing and customer service. We just received a bill from 2014. They apparently hired a billing company that dropped the ball and the local customers that use this ER are expected to pay the price, literally. I called and spoke to Scott Geron whom was extremely rude and condescending to me. Once my husband got on the phone he was more reasonable, but it was definitely uncalled for. In addition, they completely overcharge. We brought our son in for a flu test and a tamiflu prescription. We were charged well over $2000. If you need a 24 hour ER, don't use this one! There are plenty more in the area to go to.

Have been to this care center twice for different problems in the past few months and immediately came in to see what I needed. The took care of my problem, called and checked on me about 2-3 days later to see how I was doing. They checked on my insurance before treating me, no problems at all. Excellent service on everything.

Greatest expericence I've had at an urgent/er center. I went in and was told they do not take my insurance (UHC). I was told I could either pay my copay (which I have a high deductible, so my total bill would have been at least a few hundred dollars) or I could be "self pay" and pay 99 dollars for the entire visit, and if they did any labs or xrays, it would raise to 140. They told me it wouldn't be more than that. We went in, were seen within minutes, and the doctor was GREAT.

It was 99 dollars total, and we won't be getting a bill later.

Also, I called for a follow up question, and the doctor actually got on the phone to talk to me!

From now on, we will be using them as an urgent care!

Be very careful as this place is dishonest. I went for a sinus infection and provided my insurance, and asked them first off if my insurance was covered. I was told it was. I received a letter from my insurance that this facility is a nonparticipating provider and rather than a $40 copay, I'm receiving a bill for over $2,000 because they're nonparticipating. If they had been honest and told me up front that they were a nonparticipating provider, I could have easily gone to another facility that was covered under my insurance.

Took my son there and the wouldn't see him cause we had medicaid They don't take it. Some er that is.....

I went here the other night, was put in a room and seen by the doctor within a matter of minutes. off for a chest xray in a few more minutes.. quick in and out and on my way to the pharmacy with what i needed. so happy i went, most ER centers and Urgent care places have terrible waits. the office is super clean and the staff are extremely friendly. if you live in little elm this is the place to get treated fast.
