Harbor Island Laundromat

If there were zero stars we'd give that. The woman who works here is obnoxious and rude. Drive the 8 miles to long beach to get your clothes cleaned, it may be cheap but why give money to people who don't appreciate your business and make you feel like they're doing you a favor?!? No wonder she's stuck working at a laundromat.

Absolutely horrendous and obnoxious staff. Worst experience I have ever had with customer service in general. The short heavyset employee that does nothing but play on her phone the entire time we were there should be on the unemployment line. Not only did she refuse to refund us for a dryer that did not work, she admitted it didn't work, was not "her problem" gave us "1 minute to get your stuff out of the dryer and leave" but I am a disabled person who needed help just to get my clothes in the laundromat. She refused to allow us to dry our clothes after we put money in a dryer that did not work, and was obnoxious and nasty to us the entire time we were there. She then brought some drunk-drugged out woman into the store who began telling us to get out and rambling about how her father owns seven laundromats as she was stumbling around the store. We had to leave with soaking wet clothes. Being local business owners ourselves, this establishment can rest assured we will share our experience with our customers and will not spend one thin quarter there again. This is not the first time we have had an experience like this at Harbor Island Laundromat And in response to her nasty remarks about taking our issues up with the owner? Don't have too. Will take our business elsewhere.

Dropped off a suit for dry cleaning. Went back after a week to pick it up...and it was destroyed. After ignoring me for a month, I finally tracked down the owner. He laughed and refused to take responsibility. He believes that since he sends his dry cleaning out to be done, he is not responsible. STAY AWAY!!! Bad Business Practice. Go to a real dry cleaner.
