Poor customer service when "they" made the error. The owner has no balls to make CEO decisions. Sad

I went to this location for an outing with my daughter. We found a table and sat ourselves. Once we reviewed the menu another 15 minutes passed without our waitress approaching our table. We noticed that the one waitress that was on duty was casually flirting with the men customers who were there prior to our arrival. Once we realized that the attention was more important that serving our table we left. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS POORLY RAN BUSINESS.

I went to the jr crickets on panola rd and ordered a turkey burger with fries , wings, and a full order of fried mushrooms for my husband and I. First if all the place stunk to high heaven. That should have told me to leave immediately. I sat down and waited for my order. After a long while I just couldn't take the smell anymore. I accidentally inhaled through my nose and gagged so I went to sit in the car. I sat there for quite some time. Finally I went back inside and waited for the lady to pack up my food. When I checked my order there were only 7 fried mushrooms in the box. I told the lady that when I usually order fried mushrooms I get a whole basket, enough to share with my husband. She told me I was wrong and asked the lady in the back. They both argued be down about the full order being 7 mushrooms costing $7.29. I told her that i wanted my money back. She wouldnt give me my money back. Finally the lady called the owner. He told her that the full order is 16-18 mushrooms. After speaking with him personally I got my money back for the mushrooms. THEN when I got in the car my fries were cold and I literally had a HALF of a turkey burger. The turkey burger had been cut through the middle so that it was only half as thick. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I will never ever ever go to that location again and I'm passing the word that service and produce were both subpar.

My husband and myself visted the JR Crickets on Panola Road loc, on June 16th my husband had 2 drinks @ $12ea overcharged I had one drink @ $9 or $10, 30pc with fries, one order of fried mushroom (horrable) they charged us for the bleu cheese and a service fee of $10.69 for our order being over $40.00 never heard of such. total bill for 30 wings with fries and side order of mushroom was $74.00 how crazy was that. I would not recommend this location to anyone. RIP OFFFFFFFFFFFFFF the service was horrable that's why not one was sitting in there. lots of to go orders no one stayed let this be a lession. Panola Road location is HORRABLE HORRABLE HORRABLE.......

Just wanted to let those who wrote the unfavorable comments and those who read them know that this "IS NOT" the Stonecrest Mall location in Lithonia, GA. This "IS" the Panola Road location in Lithonia, GA. Totally different exits off I-20. Peace.

I WENT TO VISIT JR CRICKETS AT STONECREST MALL. AND, I MUST SAY I HAD A GREAT TIME. I HAD HEARD THAT THIS PLACE WASN'T GETTING THE BEST REVIEWS. BUT, AFTER TALKING WITH THE OWNER AND GETTING BOTH SIDES OF THE COIN. I REALLY ENJOYED THE PLACE. THE WAS EXCELLENT, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, AND THE FRIDAY NIGHT BAND WAS AWESOME. THE OWNER HAD INFORMED ME THAT HE CYCLED THRU A NUMBER OF WANA BE BANDS THAT WAS REQUESTING THESE RIDICULOUS PRICES TO PERFORM AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE A SOUND GUY AND WAS VERY VERY LOUD. BUT THE BAND WE HEARD. I THINK THEY CALLED THEMSELVES THE ATL BAND WAS AWESOME. SO DON'T BELIEVE ME GO CHECK FOR YOURSELF. I PROMISE YOU WILL LUV IT.

Ok I had to get all the facts together. My wife, brother, his girlfriend and myself wanted to get something to eat while we wait for a movie to start at Stonecrest Mall. Little did we know that we were about to have the worst experience ever. First we had to wait a long time to get our drinks. Our main course and appetizer came out at the same time. When our main course came out it wasn't all together. For example: one platter was hot wings and fries and the fries came out 15 minutes earlier than the wings. The food was cold, the drinks were half full of ice. The owner came out and made things worst. Needless to say we didn't enjoy the movie either. I emailed the corporate office and the following email was sent back. Hi Reginald,

Thank you for your e-mail. We all of the other J.R. Crickets locations would
like to apologize for the owner of the Stonecrest location- Dyal Thompson.
He has been an absolute nightmare for us all since he opened this past
January. I would not expect him to do anything for you...
Please visit any of our other locations, we will welcome your business and
treat you as you would expect. In the meantime, I will be forwarding your
e-mail to him and I will keep a copy in my file to help with my efforts to
close him down ASAP!

The hostess was our waiter and server. After waiting and watching several servers walk by us as if we were not there, the hostess took our order and our complaints. The ribs were cold but good we had to ask for silverware and condiments twice. We will n

ot go any time soon. The manager apologized and gave us 10 percent off. There was a dj playing uncut music with kids and seniors in the place also. There was no tissue in the womens restroom. We. Wish them the best and hope they can improve things because the location and venue are great.
