        Today I went to get my oil changed. I was promptly met by Stacey. He asked if I had ever been there and I said no. He proceeded to tell me the price for a full service oil change and I agreed to the price. I love when someone sells you. However after they drained my oil they realized that they couldn't get the oil filter off. At that point Juan came and explained the problem and told me that they couldn't complete my oil change and take it back to the last people who serviced me. When I came out to get in my car I asked what I owed. Juan said nothing since we were unable to service your car. This is what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. KUDOS TO STACEY AND JUAN. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be back.

        Quick oil changes, but...

        This is the only place I will ever go to for oil changes in the future. Before finding them, I went to a few other places, but never felt welcomed or valued. The last time I went for an oil change, I was done & back on the road in under 10 minutes! Yesterday, I went for a oil change & rotate/balance. The oil change was very quick, but I had to wait a while for my rotate & balance because they only have one bay for that. They have four (I think) bays for oil changes. So, if you need an oil change, this is the place to go, but for other problems, you may want to find somewhere else.

        I do like the employees there, though. They were very nice.
