Lock 30 Woodlands RV Resort

If I could give it a negative star I would. We paid for a full month, but had to leave abruptly for work after a week. They wouldn't even prorate the rent and kept the full 650.00! We paid cash so beware... It's a rip off!!

We stayed at Lock 30 Woodlands in 2008. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground is secluded and forested, with lots of birds and wildlife. When they say no one camps in front of you or behind you it is true, most sites are depper than 70 feet and wide enough to accomodate any rv with slide outs. The RV sites all have water, sewer and up to 50 amp electric, with eight 20 amp and water sites and 30 tent campsites. The clubhouse is heated with carpeted floors with arcade games, juke box, pool table, foose ball table, card playing tables and a reading visiting area. The clubhouse also has heated and tiled restrooms and showers that are very clean. The pavilion seats 200 people and has handicap accessible restrooms and showers on one end. The amenities include WIFI, near olympic size pool (12' deep) plenty of tables and chairs around the pool, lighted Bocce ball court, horse shoes, volley ball, playground for the kids, private fishing lake, hiking and the

Beaver creek flows for 1 mile around the park. Pets are welcome and must be within site at all times there is an off leash area where pets can run under voice command. The park is landscaped with beautiful flowers and bushes and the pine trees are absolutely beautiful. If you not into a tent or RV they condo style rentals available.
