Jenuinely Fit Personal Training seeks to help clients get healthy and stay healthy in a non-threatening environment. If your goals include: losing weight, reducing blood pressure, maintaining an active lifestyle, feeling better, reducing cholesterol, looking better, eating better, gaining muscle, etc. give me a call to set up a free introductory session. I am an in-home personal trainer service, however, if you would prefer to work at your office or in a park I am accommodating. All equipment is provided. I have a B.S. in exercise science and am American Council on Exercise certified with current CPR/First Aid and 10 years of experience. References available upon request.
