Quality Tree Services

Planted a tree for me and said it had a 4-year guarantee. Were very nice when they came out to plant the tree. Unfortunately, the tree died within 8 months. When I called to get a new one planted, they returned my call only once, and said they would be in my area in a week. Since then, I've had to keep calling, and have always been told they are sorry or they are busy and they will get to me. Now that it is past planting season, I'm trying to get my money back, which they've said they'll send--and yet: still calling and not getting phone calls returned. Terribly unfortunate experience.
