Family Practice
Daniel Owen was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. Growing up he enjoyed outdoor activities, road trips with his family, and sports, especially playing soccer, eventually becoming a referee and coach of the sport. Although he hasn’t quite hung up his soccer cleats, these days he prefers hiking, kayaking and biking for exercise. After working in a hospital during his undergraduate studies he was inspired to pursue a career in medicine. He received his medical education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and got married to his wife, Kinsley, between rotations in medical school. They then returned home to Lincoln so he could complete his residency in Family Medicine at the Lincoln Medical Education Partnership. Today, he is happy to continue serving his community for many years to come.
Emergency Care
Our staff is trained to schedule appointments in time slots that will make the office flow better. They need to know what is going on in order to make the appointment appropriately, and in some cases defer potentially life threatening symptoms to the emergency room.
Immunizations
A “Welcome to Medicare” exam is a preventative care visit that can be completed only within the first 12 months of being enrolled in Medicare part B. Multiple questions will be asked to assess any risk factors a patient may have, and time will be spent looking over screenings and immunizations that should be completed. Chronic problems are not meant to be addressed at this visit. This visit is covered just one time. You don’t need to have this visit to benefit from annual Medicare wellness exams.

Internal Medicine
Dr. Fosnaugh is an Internal Medicine Physician, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr Fosnaugh attended the University of Chicago Medical School and completed residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago.

Epilepsy
One little known fact about her is that she has epilepsy and went through brain surgery at the age of 18.

Mental Health
Lincoln Counseling & Enrichment Associates to provide you the most well rounded support possible. Because mental health is often a key player in physical health issues, we encourage you to consider the benefits of meeting with one of our counseling professionals.

Ultrasound
If you have laboratory tests in our office or are sent to another facility for tests such as x-rays or ultrasound, the results of the test and the treatment plan will be relayed to you when they are available. This often takes several days. We will promptly phone about anything urgent. If you have not heard from us within two weeks, that is the time to call the office and check on your results.
