        Overall

        This company is a disaster! I purchased maternity coverage through them only to find out 5 months after my son was born, that none of my prenatal appointments were covered! Why would I purchase specific coverage with an approved doctor to turn around and be charged for ALL of my visits! Shame on you Coventry! What was supposed to be a joyous moment has been a nightmare because of you! You've even denied my appeal. You may have my money now, but you better believe that I WILL NEVER come back to your company after I can re-enroll. I will also tell anyone I can, to not EVER choose your company and what you did to my family!
