        The quality of the material us...

        The quality of the material used for a "custom" arch was simply Home Depot wood and 4 panels of PVC molding that was not attached to the arch.



        Customer service is non-existent with this company and I was simply told that things change over the years and I should not have expected the same previously ordered product.
