Excellent service! Great people! Worked with them many times and they never disappoint. Will go out of their way to assure a good experience.

I always choose Enterprise because of their superior customer service, so I don't even compare prices anymore. They now have a great app too.

We received immediate service when picking up and dropping off our car. I almost felt like they were waiting for us.

The Enterprise rep. at the Lihue rental office was super friendly. She walked us around the lot and showed us the car selections that were available to rent. The cars were newer models and very clean. We found that the gas mileage on the car that we chose (2016 Hyundai Santa Fe) was great! The Enterprise shuttle service from the airport to their car rental location was close and prompt. Thank you, Lihue Enterprise!

Check in was very efficient and when turning in vehicle an other location was very helpful in helping us locate the original location where the car had been rented at.

We have used Enterprise exclusively for the past couple of years and never really had any big problems and we do rent 8-10 times a year because we RV and need a car at our destinations. When we recently rented in Hawaii our flight arrived early so we picked up our car about 50 minutes early and we were charged $15.00 extra when the rental for the week was only $285. We've never gotten a refund when we return a car 2 -4 hours early. .

Enterprise was a welcome surprise after a very long flight. They had all my paperwork done when I arrived and gave me a selection of several models in my category. I chose one that met our needs and was a familiar model to me. Very fast and easy to do despite being tired after a long flight. They provided maps and information too. Return was equally speedy and convenient.

I always receive great customer service from the staff at Enterprise at the Lihue Airport. They may not always have the car I requested for, but they're usually willing to offer a free upgrade should such an event occur. I was able to get the car I requested this time, and they were willing to pull out a specific one I wanted from the rows of cars because that's a particular car brand I'm more comfortable driving with. I also enjoy how Enterprise always walk examines the car with you to ensure that the damage on the car not caused by you is accounted for, versus other car rental companies that just hand you a key and could possibly try to finger you for damages you don't make.

Very responsive. Got us out of the airport quickly. Check in was just as fast. A very courteous helpful crew. Highly recommend.

From the airport is was quick and easy to find the shuttle (lots of signs, small airport) and get to the Enterprise office, which is a couple minutes off of the airport. The shuttle driver, Durran, was friendly, he recommended a few places to eat on island and was spot on with his own recommendations. Picking up the car and dropping off were as quick as swiping an Id and credit card and clicking through prompts on a computer screen. The car was clean, ready, and exactly what was described when ordering it online. I was irritated with the sales agent when picking up the car. She knew we were only going to be on island for 12 hours and she convinced us to prepay the gas, knowing full well that even if we drove the whole island twice, we wouldn't have used even half the gas tank. We told her our plans, she convinced us to get prepaid gas option, and I didn't even use a 1/16 tank of gas. Don't take the prepaid option, there is a costco gas station close to the airport with cheaper gas.

I use Enterprise at work because we have a corporate account with them. This is the first time I was able to receive my corporate rate on a leisure rental, and they messed up my reservation completely. When I first rented the car, I wanted to use my Gold rewards upgrade and there was confusion about that so they upgraded me to an SUV and expected me to pay an additional $100 for the vehicle. They put me in the right car, and the time it took to get the car was 30 minutes. Then, they charged the upgraded rental amount three separate times causing the credit card we were supposed to be using for our trip to pay for the cars we needed. This put our balance over the limit, and when we went to rent from Enterprise in Honololu it was a complete fiasco. Even they didn't know what this location had done with my reservation and billing. Unless you're loyal to Enterprise or get an extremely good rate, stay away -- you'll be glad you did!

Nothing but good experiences over the years. Great selection, great staff, great service. They get you out quickly and upon return, checked out even faster.

Super service, quick check-in. Only issue was that I was told to bring my husband back to show his driver's license; then when we did, we were told it was unnecessary for spouses. It wasn't that much time but after 15 hours of travel, a little frustrating. On the positive side, they were out of premium cars so I got a luxury Cadillac, which performed perfectly.

Kaitlyn was awesome! (Not sure of spelling but pronounced Kate-leen) I will be using the same Enterprise Rent-A-Car location when I go back to Kauai.

EASIEST check in and return Iʻve ever experienced. It took less than 10 minutes to confirm my res, swipe my cards and get my car. The return was even quicker; got out of my car, was handed my receipt and went straight to the shuttle! AWESOME!!! Mahalo!

The customer service was great! We got there and the rep helped us with our luggage and got us checked in by going step by step with us on the self service computer. They could've easily said, just let me know if you need help, but they were much more helpful than that. By helping guide the process we were outside to pick between a couple different style Jeeps in no time. Our rep was super helpful and friendly. When we returned the car they were just as helpful and the process was very quick. I will definitely use enterprise again, especially in Lihue.

We got in after dark. Service was great. We rented a jeep but it was not very clean and not what we wanted so returned it for an SUV. They gave us a great discount. Great staff and service.

Super nice staff, upgraded me to a SUV from a compact for $5. Quick in and out, nice shuttle driver from the cruise ship. Would recommend to anyone.

This location was fabulous. The guys helping us were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made the whole process seamless. Also the shuttle to the airport back and forth was super quick and we didn't have to wait long. In the store there were not any long lines and everything was quick. Would only rent from them again in this location in the future

Enterprise is always great, and this location was especially notable for the very friendly and helpful employees! This location is also good because they have late hours (many flights out of Lihue for the mainland leave late). The car was in perfect condition; no problems.
