Liberty Health Supply

I tried to order a hearing device which had a guaranteed 2-day delivery. That was 4 days ago and the item has not even left the facility and yet they charged my credit card almost immediately after I placed the order. The BIGGER PROBLEM is the company is not answering phone calls or emails, even though the phone message states they answer all emails within 12-24 hours. I cancelled the order via email and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, supplying them with copies of the screen shots, and emails sent. Paying slightly more to another company who has already shipped the device.
