        Do I have to give them a star?...

        Do I have to give them a star? When I called to inquire about a lost letter I was told that if they had it it would have been delivered. And what were they suppose to do about it? Now gee how silly of me to think that when I sent a Priority Letter they guarantee 2-3 days delivery on that it would actually get delivered. And why would I call If they had done a job like it should have been done. Instead 11 days later and no one can find the letter now. Would someone please explain why my tax money goes to fund such a rude inefficient overpaid bunch of a*@holes? I just don't understand.
