        Overall

        Dr. Potts and her Vet Tech were both so empathetic and compassionate during the last year of our Golden Retriever's life. We knew that he was toward the end. Dr. Potts shared with us how to know when the time would be right to let Josh go. As hard as that day was, when we made the phone call they were right there. They already knew our struggle and how much this Golden meant to us. It is never easy to say goodbye to your buddy, best friend, therapist, and family member. I am also sure that it was also hard for the staff at Grace. We buried our buddy at the top of the hill under a big oak tree so he can look out over the field. This was his favorite spot. Dr. Potts didn't make us feel silly for loving a pet so much. She understood. I am sure that Josh understood too.
