Customer be VERY careful! I signed a contract with JJ Improvements and Tree Services that has a 30 day guarantee on work. Because they were 2 days late in completing the job I was out of town when they "finished" the job. My wife went ahead and paid them. When I came home I discovered the job was NOT finished!!! They had even left parts of a tree in my neighbors yard along with 2 McDonald cups and other trash. Five (5) different times the owner told me they would come back and make it right. They NEVER showed back up to finish the job.



Be careful because this company doesn't honor there written contract or verbal promises.
