Ducks

I can't say enough about Darrin. I was on the highway and my cv valve broke on the drivers side. I drove to Lexington and found Ducks tire and repair shop I was 290 miles from home. It took him till the next morning to get my parts so I just had him fix the passengers side also. He took me to a safe hotel took me to get something to eat and promised me he would get me on the road ASAP. He got the parts at 7:30 and him and his brother had me on the road by 10:30 a.m. He also got me his discount on the parts. My car is running great and he was a true gentleman. Thank you so much. The only advice I could give to make it better is he needs to put an ATM in his shop. He even took me too one of them.

It took them over a month to do a 3 day job. When I finally got my car back there was more wrong with it then before I took it too them. On top of that I had to pay 500 more then what I was originally was told. I will NEVER take anything else to them. They have actually made me racist against my own with this piss poor service I was given.
