I called an hour a head to request a taxi for a guest and the man arrived 15 minutes early and then proceeded to call the front desk at least 6 times telling me to hurry up. I initially appreciated the promptness but then the calls started coming in. I informed him that she requested a pick up at 1 so I'm sorry that he has to wait but that was not her requested time. Admittedly, she proceeded to be late so he continued to call with an attitude. He was very rude and unprofessional. The last call he made to me he said he had another pickup at 1:30 so I told him that he can leave and that we would call another service. The expertise seems low because there is a very low chance of him being able to pick her up at 1 in order to get her to where she needed to go and then pick up his 1:30. This was a disaster from the beginning. I absolutely do not recommend this service. Awful and rude. This is not the kind of person I want transporting our international guests. So much for southern charm.

I missed my Greyhound bus today because the driver never came to get me. When I called back after 30 mins of waiting they said they would send another one and never did.. Vey unprofessional.

Unreliable company. They said someone would be here in 20 minutes. We waited for 1hr 45min and they still had no one on their way. We were told that drivers get to pick and choose which calls to take instead of first come first serve. That's horribly unprofessional and unethical. It isn't even worth one star.

Terrible service I will never use them again I set up a reservation using they're "convenient" app at nine in the morning because I had a very important appointment I cudnt miss only for time to roll around and no cab showed I called and was informed that reservations weren't guarantee if they were busy making the app irrelevant defeating all purposes. Finally a cab came and told me I couldn't get a ride BC I didn't have a car seat for my two year old its not even practical to carry one of those while out and about they are worried about the law so they should have a car seat in every cab trunk I've never been so upset they were horrible rude and unsympathetic

Horrible service always made calls over 2 hrs in advance for a taxi and always super late at getting me not a reliable source of transportation would not recommend anyone using this service as a need of transportation anywheres not reliable at all trust me there are way better options than this cappy service.

Use Uber or Lyft so much easier and nicer. I used cabs here in Lexington very often and 80% of there drivers are rude and trying to rip you off by using the time off switch which is only used in certain cases. Please be aware that the time off switch is only to be used if the cab is waiting for you at a location such as a grocery store or restaurant, The management doesn't seem like they care what the drivers do as long as they get there rent money from them.

Lost My Business

I will no longer use yellow cab , called 4 different times for a cab. End up waiting for ever, not even a call from the drivers that they are on their way, and how long to wait. I am done with this service

I mainly use the cab for bringing home groceries , and after work... Oh well guess the other cab service will get the tips.

Terrible service

I called yellow cab to get us to the garth brooks concert. I was told 45 minutes by the driver tht called back. After waiting for 1 hour I called the driver and did not get a response. I called the main number and was told "sorry I hope he gets there."

I would not recommend anyone use yellow cab since we are now driving to the concert ourselves.

After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for a cab at Joe Bolgnas Restaurant for a initial wait time of 20-30 minutes and repeatedly calling to check on the cabs arrival status and getting numerous updates as in "I'll put in a note to check on it " and "5 more minutes" I finally found a cab in front of one of the other bars on South Limestone after walking quite a while to other locations . Upon getting in the cab , I told Derrick the cab driver of cab #5 that i had been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for a cab, And asked what i could of done differently to get a cab much sooner . Even though i understood it was a busy night ,I am very patient and can understand wait times can surpass the time given. I was given the explanation that i should of had personal cab drivers phone numbers so i could of called them directly . I told Derrick that i didn't save or have any other cab drivers phone numbers and asked for another solution to fix the issue in the future , and he stated that i could shut (excuse the language) the f--k up because i got picked up . I told Derrick that i didn't appreciate being spoke to that way and Derrick told me he didn't wan't to hear it . As i explained to Derrick i had not spoken to him rudely or cussed him out he should not speak to me that way , as i was customer . He said you can get the f--k out and pay me , so for the $12.75 cab fare i gave him $13.00 and called the Police on the rest of my 1 to 2 mile walk.



I have sent this as email to the company manager and never got a apology or reason for this rude behavior . UNACCEPTABLE!

Worst service I have ever had. Dirty driver, smelly driver, and a dirty car. I truly felt unsafe in this car going to the airport. On my way home I took a van with Mr. Taxi. I recommend Mr. Taxi. DO NOT USE! I tried using this company to go to the airport. They sent a car with a driver that smelled, the car was disgusting inside, and the car was blowing smoke. I felt unsafe with the driver and in the car. It was amazing that the car made it there. DO NOT USE!

Do not use Wildcat Taxi

Wildcat Taxi was supposed to pick up my husband. They were supposed to call at 4:30 - no call. My husband called at 4:35 and confirmed they were on their way. Then, 10 min after they were supposed to arrive they called. My spouse asked for their time of arrival and they told him another twenty minutes. It would have been a half hour later than the original driving time. He canceled and luckily could drive himself and use long-term parking. Do not use this service if you need to get somewhere on time.
