I would not recommend this dealership as an employer. These people lack character, integrity, and organization. The managers, in particular, have absolutely no communication or leadership skills.

I’ve almost never dealt with more rude people than the ones in the service department at Glenn. I had to have my Jeep towed there for repairs and from the first phone call to let them know it was headed that way they were completely rude and should not be in any kind of service related workplace. Every person I encountered there was rude, like my presence/conversation was interrupting their entire day. When it’s time for a new Jeep I will find somewhere else to go. I don’t care how far it is.

I bought a van, cheaper than anyone else with everything we wanted. I will let you know if there is any problems. But the buying process was ever easy and quick. Picking up car this afternoon.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a jeep in April and I seriously regret it. Our dealer was a complete a$$ but I really loved this jeep. Now we've had to service it 3x in 6 months. They never have any idea what they're doing! They called us yesterday to tell us to bring it in immediately for an airbag recall. We showed up today and they had no idea what we were talking about. They called us! Dropped it off at 10, 30 minutes later they call to tell us they need to order a part. We come to pick it up at 1 and to complain to a manager. They now say they do have the part, but the guy is out to lunch. Had to wait there till 3 to finally get everything done. We had to rearrange our entire day for this crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Rude, overpriced service. I called about reprogramming a fob key. Not only were they over priced but charged for each key. Where other dealers charged one price for all keys. They charge same price per each key

STAY AWAY !!!!! I am from New York State and I purchased a vehicle with a two month ,2,000 mile warranty on 7-24-2015 from Freedom CDJR on a web site.. As of 9-7-2015 I DO NOT have the title to the vehicle. They will NOT answer or return lettes or phone calls.

I have bought 5 new jeeps and 1 new truck from Glenns Freedom. After Gary Wexler Took over as GM .the dealship has truned around for the better any problems I have had he has took care of. My experience there was great I would and have send many frends there to buy and they all have had good words to say about Gleens Freedom.

They are the most unorganized dealership in lexington. They get you approved let you test drive a vehicle of your liking then bait you to a lower yr car and even let you take it home overnight. Then when you go back to sign paperwork they tell you the miles are too high and bank will not approve loan on that vehicle but if you get newer car with less miles then bank will approve sale. Useless pieces of crap dealers trying to get even more money from you!! Stay the he** away from them for your own good.... Glad I walked out before I got suckered . Oh yeah and if you want to waste 2 weekends clowning with them more power too you.

This place is a joke they are liers and con men. The Owner WB auto group is a las Vegas based operation that is only interested in your money. Look this guy up he has been everywhere all accross the Southeast. You as the customer should not do business with theses rip off artist.

Came from Cleveland, OH to spend 4th of July weekend at King's Island, and to also find a new used truck. Drove the hour and a half from Cincy to Lexington for one that appeared worthwhile. I made it very clear over the phone Friday morning that we were from out of town, and we wouldn't be able to make it there until Saturday morning...we would be leaving early in order to arrive when they open. Told them to call/text/email if the truck will not be available.



Showed up Saturday morning, the 5th, and no truck...it was taken by someone else, but was pending credit approval.



Think I got a text/email/phone call the night before stating such?



Nope.



You suck. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of our vacation.

Service department is a rip off. I took my old PT Cruiser in for a belt replacement... $1700 later, I had no choice but to pay it. 11 months later, both belts broke and I replaced them myself in less than 2 hours with the help of Youtube. $1700!!! That makes me mad as HE*****!!!!!!

They do not stand behind their cars. They don't honor warranty. If you have problem service manager will yell, throw papers and blame customer for problem, that couldn't possibly be a driver caused problem. Do not do business with this dealership.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this establishment. Service department and assistant managers will not follow-through with their promises, phone calls and messages go unanswered, and there is no commitment to customer satisfaction.l

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I wish I could have a negative zero for his dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!. I recently purchased a 2006 car and the first day I drove the car off the lot after the purchase I begin to hear a strange noise that I think is a tire problem, not a big problem right? So I thought, I call my sales person and describe the noise and simply ask do you mind if I brought the car in and have the service department take a look at the car. I did not ask for any repair work but only to "PLEASE HAVE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAR" . I only needed a service tech. to listen and and let me know if there is a problem, I did not ask for any repair only to listen to the sound coming for the car. My sale person calls me back and states the the car was sent through the service dept and no problems were found and if the brakes were bad the brakes would have been replaced prior to the sale and there is nothing he or the dealership could do. I remind everyone again reading this review that my request was less than 24 hours of driving off the lot and all I wanted was a service person to listen to the noise that I thought was a tire problem . During any conversations with my sales person I never, never once ask about my brakes only to listen to the sound the car was making The sale person explains I am only the messenger. What in the hell does that mean customer "YOU" that Freedom Dodge has a service department that will not support YOU the customer with a simple request? I still like the car the I purchased but I feel that the dealership won't and will not support "YOU" the customer after the sale. Service to me is the corner stone of a successful dealership and this dealership lacks the support to "YOU" the customer. I will have the car checked and repaired if needed but not for the group.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

JUST CALLED TO ASK SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT CARS THEY HAD ON THEIR LOTS. THEY DID THEIR BEST TO NOT GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER SO I HUNG UP. THEY THEN CALLED ME REPEATLY FOR DAYS TO TRY TO GET ME TO BUY A CAR. VERY PUSHY AND A TYPICAL CAR DEALER. I WOULD STAY AWAY IF I WERE YOU.
