Dr. Jason S Harrod, DPM

I am a 29-year-old physically active male with no prior broken bones. I broke my right ankle stepping awkwardly on an icy curb. I saw Dr. Harrod the next day after a referral from the emergency room at St. Josephs East. I had about 5 appointments with him including surgery 5 days after the incident also at St. Joes. Dr. Harrod was extremely polite, professional, confident, and knowledgeable throughout our discussions. The surgery was a complete success and I'm now walking unassisted though finishing some physical therapy to improve range of motion and reduce swelling. Dr. Harrod is of an age and disposition where he has enough experience for someone who might consider him for their surgery but he is still very much enthused by his profession (e.g. not burnt out). I would guess that he is trying to make a name for himself professionally but it is also evident that he is genuinely concerned with his patients' well-being. I am generally a picky person but I cannot recommend him enough.
