Budget Rent A Car

This is my first time renting a car in Lexington, but I have rented 3 cars overall in the past month and a bit.



I STRONGLY advise that you choose another company and/or location. The customer service here was simply terrible. Lexington is such a friendly area and it's unfortunate that their employees were so rude.



Be warned, I made my reservation online and was quoted one price then charged another. I had already paid insurance online and I had no other choice since it is so far from other viable options. It is not anywhere near the airport and they are reluctant in offering their shuttle.



If you are coming during the winter, please value your safety and do not rent from this company. The car I was provided with could not drive in a mere 2 inches (or less) of snow. I honestly thought I might die in it and that's saying something because I'm from Canada.



I really hope this review helps someone else in the future. If I could, I would give it negative stars.
