This was my first time reserving with Enterprise and the experience was not so great! Showed up on our scheduled pick up time and location just to be told that the they did not have the 15 passanger that I had reserved to get to Alabama to attend a wedding with other bridesmaids and groomsmen. Had to wait the next day to get a van and lucky because someone else had canceled their reservations. Due to the rental mix up the wedding had to be pushed back several hours. Even though it started off bad I would like to take the time to thank and praise a wonderful young lady named Holly who works at Enterprise at the High St location here in Lexington, Ky. She was very concerned, understanding and pleasant, she went out of her way to meet our needs and would like to thank the distric manager for going out of his way to try and fix things and for looking further into the situation. We are very greatful, thanks!!!!

I am a traveling Ob/Gyn, Dr. Cathy L Bagley of(drcathylbagley.com), who fills in across America in rural areas. I depend on reliable vehicles delivering me safely me to work sites from 40 miles (Cynthiana) to 90 miles (Manchester) away from the airport at odd hours of the day. This, I've found in Enterprise's at this locale. I've patronized Enterprise at their Lexington, Kentucky location renting small to medium-sized SUV's for just under a year. I find service staff friendly, fast, efficient and accommodating. Agents are courteous and good problem-solvers. What one can't solve, the other quickly steps in to get me on my way! Garage attendants provide well cleaned, fueled and maintained vehicles. And, garage checkout personnel are friendly and accommodating. Enterprise will always be my first stop landing at Lexington airport.
I love Enterprise and I want to thank everyone in the company for their fantastic service!I usually arrive late at night at major airports. Their service is impeccable. Easy to make reservations over the phone, courteous and professional representatives. NEVER had to wait in line at any location. Their vehicles are in excellent condition.Last time I rented at Blue Grass Airport in Lexington KY. When I arrived at about 11:30 PM, I was greeted with a smile, offered help for directions, provided with a city map and was out in no time. Returning the car was the same easy process with wonderful VIP service.I shared my experience with my coworker, since there are mixed reviews of the company, and she told me she had great experience with Enterprise as well.I will continue renting from the as I feel they are the best!
the first rental was better however it wasn't clean either. looked like someone had spilled something in the van. the second time I listened to them go back and forth for a half hour to find a rental because they had given mine away. when we found one it was at the car wash. fab.... expect the seats were wet. did he he offer me another car? of course not. because the contract was already drown up. did he offer any way to correct it nope. except sit in thebplastic. luckily my two little girls were in car seats or I would have been really mad. the coralla I had the check engine light was on and another one came on the whole time I had it. 1 week. I have rented from this for the last 5 years as we take a trip to tn every year but this was by far the worst experience
I flew into Lexington on a Friday afternoon on business and as usual everyone went to get their rental car after picking up their luggage. I wasn't bothered by it because I'm use to it, but the manager noticed the wait and apologized to me and gave me his business card with a note on it to give me a free upgrade. When I got up to the counter he was still there helping move things along and told me to keep the card for my next trip and gave me a Challenger instead of the Corolla I had rented. The rest of the service I received as well as the condition of the car was also top notch.
Great Service, Was a little Pricey.. But very nice vehicle, no problems. Only needed for 3 days. The only thing I have quarrel with, online says rent me for this amount, and then when you get to where you need to rent, they tack on auto insurance and all the whistles, and it ended up being $150 more than what I had budgeted for. I wasn't impressed with that. I think the reservation options, should allow you to pick insurance and whistles online prior to rental. I wasn't prepared for extra costs.
I am a regular customer because of their low rates and convenience (Enterprise has the nearest office to my house of any car rental place). All the vehicles I have ever rented from them ran without a hitch, and that included the latest one, which I took to Orlando, FL and back. The only problem I have with their service is that they seem to be understaffed; often when I go to the office I only see one person in there. Can they really not afford to hire a couple more reps?
I specially order a Chevy Tahoe for the passenger load and mountain driving I would be doing. When I arrived at counter to pickup vehicle I was told no more Tahoes and the female attendant thought it was funny laughing saying "uh you just missed your Tahoe. I just gave to the guy before you". She thought it was humorous. I didn't. I instead received a Ford Expedition which I don't and did not like.
Reserved a full size vehicle before my arrival, but I didn't expect a Jeep Patriot. Very slow and barely had enough room for my baby elephant and this day in age I expected a USB port or some type of charging port to power my phone after a long flight. My expectations for a full size vehicle is Tahoe, suburban or a Yukon. A Jeep patriot seem to be more of a midsize vehicle. What a disappointment.
I was so glad that I got a brand new Minivan which was just arrived from the show room! !! Had a lovely experience overall! ! The courtesy extended by the staff is really commendable! !! I was few minutes late in returning the car back, I wasn't charged a penny extra!!! It was an amazing experience! !! I just love Enterprise and it will be always my first choice! !!!
