Summit Ridge Apartments

I will not recommend this apartment due to bad management and safety issues.

Here are the reasons you should not rent from Submit Ridge Apartments:

They are deceitful - You will never get your rental deposit back. They will find all reasons not to refund your deposit. They will even write to say you owe them more money for cleaning and threaten to put your name in the credit bureau.

Unsafe enviroment - If you like your car find somewhere else to rent. There is no security in the complex, car and home invassion is rampant in this facility. They have your apt number on your car port so that when the port is empty, the thiefs will know that you are not home!

Unprofessional staff - The staff is not responsive and dont be surprise when they hang-up the phone on you. They are only nice when the try to get you to sign the lease.

Stay away from this complex most especially if you are new in town. look for a gated and a more secure apartment.
