My husband and I are new to the area. Everyone I have come into contact with at this hospital (EVEN on Saturday!) have been EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and friendly! I highly recommend this hospital ����

If you're mentally ill, best of luck, this isn't the place to be. Horrible staff Darren in particular was rude. awful food. Overall negative experience

This is NOT a place to go if you are ill. I went there 4 times in 8 weeks explaining that I was ill and I was ignored and handed in halers over and over until the 4th time...when I was put in an ambulance and taken across the river to another hospital and placed in ICU! Then the complaint: brought a call where the person told me they did not know that apology was part of their job description and thought the docs should have to make their own call. THEN, when I went to get records to go to the Mayo in MN, and I asked that they MAKE SURE that the lung xrays were in the packet, and when she brought the packet, I asked again....important to have all lung xrays as I am seeing a heart and lung doc at the Mayo...she was sure they were in there. Sitting in MN the doc said, too bad there were NO lung xrays in the packet I brought!!!!!!!!! NEVER go to this hospital! NO STAR RATING!
