the whole staff at twin city eye care, water tower plaza, if full of pleasant, genuinely helpful people. when you call you even have a clear, welcoming HUMAN voice.
I have had many an interaction with twin citu on unscheduled 'emergencies'; never did I feel like I was throwing of the schedule, a nuisance or anyone leds than an appreciated customer/client.
twin city eye care has no knowledge of this review. in fact, have not required their services & do not have an appointment scheduled for months. I was making a list of contacts and felt that I have been so pleased with twin city eye care (doctors & staff alike) it should be noted. to often we consumers make stinks about the bad/negative service and the good, acceptable and exceptional experiences go un-acknowledged.
