Timberview Helicopters

I purchased a groupon for Timberview Helicopters tour. I tried contacting Timberview Helicopters many times via phone and email, they are terrible on returning a simple phone call or any response back from them. Finally after I booked a flight with them at the last minute they told me my reservation is canceled and I have to re-schedule it again after I had made plans. I am very disappointing for the lack of responsibility and professionalism Timberview Helicopters does not have. Horrible experience.
