435 Roofing Inc

Myself and two other neighbors were looking for a roofing company to replace our original 19 year old wood roof. We took the time to interview 5 different roofing companies, which took some time. The gentleman that stood out in the crowd of roofers was Lloyd with 435 Roofing. He followed up with our 1st meeting to see if we had any questions, followed up a couple of weeks later to see if we needed any additional info. We were all very impressed with his communicating skill. Price was a factor in our decision but we all felt that Lloyd would do what he said he would do and he did!! Lloyd with 435 roofing was honest, professional and reasonable. He came out to assess the damage to our roof after the terrible storms. It turned out to be a minor problem which he fixed on the spot! This is the only roofing company we will use in the future. He took the time to explain what the problem was, how he fixed it, and even pointed out problems with our siding. He went above and beyond what other companies had done. Lloyd is the best!
