Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling

Under home warranty and I wake up on New Year's day with no heat. They are supposed to be 24 hours so I call and leave messages for hours with both the owner and the person supposedly on call.
Typically, the person on call should be answering, no? Well, he calls me back, finally and he asks does it really have to be done today? Um, yeah. It's going to get to 24 degrees tonight and it's really cold in the house and I don't want my pipes burst you moron.
Then, the owner finally calls and I find out that they were all drinking until 5 in the morning. I guess in the Ukraine New Year's is HUGE deal and you drink vodka all night until you pass out. It was lovely that he shared with me how drunk they all got.
Tech finally arrives and tries to blame the outage on me. Turns out that there was something wrong with the set up of the HVAC when they installed it. Go somewhere else for professional service.

Worst Heating and cooling company that I have ever dealt with. I own 8 apartments in the Leicester NC area. These folks k were called through a home warranty company that I deal with. They have screwed something up every time they were called. I finally had American Home Shield note in my account that they are never to be called again. These people, are rude, unprofessional and inept. I would advise not calling them ever. The HVAC company that worked on the systems after them took one look and said, "Let me guess, Quality Comfort worked on it last, right?"
