        Overall

        Abbot did a great job of refinishing a hardward floor that had been gouged in a terrible sanding job by the former owner of my wife's old house. We were very pleased with the results and the price. We've since moved to a new house that doesn't need work, but I"m hiring them to do the floors in my old house. I'll let you know how that goes.

        Overall

        Abbot started job in Nov 2012. Strung it out for 2 months, but ok, as had various afterwork items to correct. However, on their final visit I pointed out several flaws in their work and workers said nothing. Phone and email calls to office since not returned. Going to smal claims court next as have 4 obvious flaws Abott ignoring. Will have to hire someone to finish their work. No one since original sales call from mgmt. has been out to my house.
