        Overall

        This store is beyond incompetent. They have messed up nearly every time I've tried to have a script filled. I use this one because it's conveniently located, but never again. The most recent time is the last straw. I needed a refill on something. I called well in advance of needing it and they told me my script was expired, I would need to get it renewed by my doctor's office. That's fine, called the doctor's office and they sent them the renewal. Yet when I show up to get my script, they tell me they never got it. They offered me no help other than that. As I was on hold trying to talk to someone at my doctor's office, someone from Rite Aid calls back to say they somehow "found" my script and tried to pin it on my doctor's office even though they confirmed with me that it had already been sent. The staff has also been extremely rude and condescending, especially Mary, who complains in front of customers and talks about how she doesn't want to work there.
