We had an all around terrible experience at this dealership. If you decide to go to this dealership, the best advice I can give is get your financing pre-approved through a lender not associated with this dealership! And I would also set boundaries with these people on how much bad customer service you will tolerate. Be willing to walk away at any time during the process with this dealership. We went there to look at a car they had advertised on the internet. It had front end damage that they didn't mention in the ad. Then they did the ole go back and forth to the manager to get an interest rate for financing so we did that for a few hours which was extremely annoying. Then the salesman came back after "running our credit" to tell us that his manager said our interest rate would be 4.99% and based on that we agreed to purchase the car. They sent us to another building to wait for financing where we literally sat waiting for 2 HOURS to sign all the papers. While we were signing the papers, nothing was explained to us that was on the finance papers and I happen to notice that the interest rate listed on the financing was not 4.99 but instead a whopping 7.49%. I pointed this out to the finance manager who told me oh no, they don't run your credit until you go to sign papers. So the salesman lied to us so he could get the sale. I should have walked away. Then when we were leaving the salesman ripped the tint on the car when he was trying to take off the stickers. Promised us that someone would call us in a week to set up an appt to fix. ONE MONTH later no call and no one would return my phone calls. I finally found someone to help me after 5 phone calls and finally got it fixed. The new tint they put on the window is not done very well and has some minor bubbles in it. I have left messages for the "owner" but have never gotten any return calls. No shocker there. I have left messages for the salesman, Eddie Lyons, and never received any phone calls back. I have left messages for the sales manager and never received any phone calls back. When you call to complain that no one returns your phone calls, they will tell you that is not there practice and that it is totally unacceptable and then they don't return your phone calls. I think this is standard practice for them. Too many people there that I left messages for that did not return my phone calls for it not to be anything other than standard practice. Overall, a slimy dealership. And the car I bought has electrical issues. Be very careful buying anything from this dealership and be prepared to play the back and forth game where they leave you sitting for hours while they lie to you about your interest rate and lie to you about promising to find a better interest rate and they lie to you about returning phone calls or keeping promises. If they have a car you must have and it is not available any where else and you can't wait for it to come on the market at another dealership, then get your financing pre-approved and be prepared to walk away. Awful experience, awful dealership, liars for employees.

Oh my...where do I begin?



This was my last stop searching for my car. I'm a "no b.s./let's- get -it -done" kind of person. I know what I like and that's it. I found this cute little MINI Countryman I wanted to take for a spin. Drove it, decided it was a GO!



Bob Shartarsky was my salesperson. He informed me my MINI was all wheel drive- it in fact, is not. Bob also informed me the MINI had the technology package integration- it also, in- fact, does not. Those things did upset me, as I am not into being deceived. However, it gets much better.



The web listing stated the car was $21,300 but when I got the official documents they had somehow made the price of the car much more expensive than it originally was suppose to be, beyond DC tax and tags. It was several thousand more than it was suppose to be. When I looked at the price it was around 24K, after tax and tags....by the time I got the paperwork back it was much more.



I also noticed when I was transferring my articles from one car to the other, someone had taken my bumper guard off my old car. My friend also noticed that it was gone but Chris Trigger (financing) came outside to discuss some matters and by the time we had wrapped up i had forgotten to ask about it.



I work, a lot, and I called a week and half afterwards to speak to someone about my bumper guard. I spoke to Bob first who told me I needed to "understand how the car business works and the dealership throws things like that away." In my line of work I call the person to see if I can return it to them. That is the only decent thing to do in my eyes. It's called "honesty," go figure?!?!



I then spoke to the dealership manager who must have not completed junior high school because that's just as far as his reasoning seemed to go and that ended up with him being arrogant, antagonizing, and divisive.



Basically, if you want bent over and screwed without any lube-go here! They do not know how to treat their customers and once they have your money, they don't & won't care about you or what happens to your car. I'm surprised this dealership does not have anymore poor reviews because I can 't be the only one with customer service as bad as I got here.



I'm also glad to find I can share this review on Facebook. I'm also going to share it on every site I can. Thanks for the crappy experience!
