Family Furniture

We recently purchased a sofa, love seat and two chairs from Family Furniture and couldn’t be any more pleased. The quality of the furniture was very good. Our sales lady Janay was wonderful. She came to our home and gave many suggestions on pieces, materials, leathers and placement. Janay was a great help and made our decisions so much easier. I would definitely recommend Janay and Family Furniture.

Ordered set about 2 months ago..put half the cost down in cash..still no delivery...agreement says tentative 8 weeks..verbally told 6 weeks called for a follow up and urgency...sales woman continued to talk over me and hung up...would you do business with them

I bought a leather sectional made by Southern Motion. JD, the sales person was terrific and very patient. The delivery guys were very nice and careful. After a few months of use I noticed that something was not right. I called, and someone was sent out within a week. That person said that he would have someone come out to fix my sectional. I waited a MONTH and called again. I was told the person was on vacation and would contact me shortly. Three weeks later, I still haven't heard from anyone and there is NO ONE to talk to! Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend. If I could give a minus score, I would!

PLEASE do not give these people your hard earned money! We made that mistake and had to learn the hard way. We bought nearly $3,000 worth of CRAP! We ordered a bedroom set, and it came with peeling veneer and wood filler that had not even dried yet! So we selected another set from another line, and this one came broken and with peeling veneer once again. Plus, they sent the WRONG nightstands! Their sollution was to keep sending their service guys out to repair our NEW furniture...what is the point of buying NEW if you have to have a guy come sand it, restain it, or order new pieces for it?? We went through months of pure hell trying to get a refund...afterall their motto is "make you happy guarantee". Well, they lie! They do NOT care about making you happy, but rather they care about taking your money. They charged us 30% of our total as a restocking fee! It was not our fault and they stole our money! Mr.Swor the store owner and husband of Miss Scottie said, and I quote, "ALL NEW FURNITURE COMES BROKEN"!! He did say he was real sorry, but Broyhill just wouldnt give him a credit! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR business, IF you value YOUR dollar!

Furniture Country has the best quality furniture. The customer service is excellent. I had a slight problem with my furniture and a rep was out to fix it in 2 days!!!
