I have lived in my townhome for the past 5 years and can say nothing but good things about the landlord and staff. Any issues (which hardly ever happen) that have come up have been handled immediately (when applicable) or by the next day. This is exceptional considering they have several other properties which they tend to. Pricing is very reasonable for the over-priced lees summit area, schools are fantastic and neighbors are quiet and mostly to themselves. There are lots of kids in the neighborhood which is a good things for me since I have a child also. If kids playing, great landlord, timely service and reasonable pricing is NOT for you, then please pass this community by.

The office staff is one crazy rude witch. They do don't show up in a timely fashion to repair things. If you need afterhours assistance goodluck. Acoording to the lady in the office they only have afterhours support if there is a real emergency but they don't even answer afterhours nor do they return your call.
