        Overall

        Did not file taxes in the timely manner that they had insured me they would. Also found out that they entered my address incorrectly when I was unable to do my childrens FAFSA electronically. Did not send necessary documents to IRS as they promised. What a mess. A year later and I am still trying to fix issues with IRS that resulted from using this company,
