Blackjack Truck Accessories

These guys are great! I've spent a lot of money over the last 4 years with them & they have always been concerned about our satisfaction. To that point, they installed some back-up sensors that never functioned quite right & in spite of multiple times trying to get them adjusted & fixed. They later learned from the manufacturer that the product had some issues & they immediately replaced the entire system with a better one at no charge. I see where some others have posted some unfortunate related experiences but I have never experienced anything other than great service. Totally recommend these guys!

Service was great, the guys are really helpful.

Business devoted to customer service. Everything I have ever purchased has been excellent. Would recommend them to anyone I know, in fact both my brothers have purchased tops and wheels and tires, before I started coming.

Very great guys over the phone, however the product they sold me and their installation leave alot to be desired.



I paid them $623.00 to install a new bumper on my truck!



These are their mistakes:



1. They overcharged me.

2. They scratched my truck when taking off/or installing the new one.

3. The bumper they sold me was a BLEM and very scratched and blemished.

4. When I got home, my license plate lights did not work. Took me an hour to fix it.



Upon installing I pointed out my dissatisfaction with the condition of the bumper and Brad, seemed to not care. He said " Oh well it is a utility bumper, what do you expect?" "It is a bumper for a work truck, no one cares what they look like". I said, Well I do, my truck only has 7000 miles on it!



I can buy the same ranchhand bumper on e-bay for $430.00. And I also can buy a blem bumper/flawed, off ebay for $300.00. Which is what I feel they did!!



So in essence, they made over a $200/$300 dollar profit off of me!!



SO I get my bumper replaced because of a little dent in it, wanted something a bit stronger, and now I have a bumper that looks just as bad and it only cost me $623 dollars to see absolutely no improvement.



I cannot believe they treat customers this way and sell you "like used equipment" for your truck!



I really feel like I have been ripped off.



When I told them about the scratches in my truck, they seemed to care less about it, did not offer to buy any touch up paint, issue some sort of refund......NOTHING!



Never go there, ever!

Amazing work and attention to detail, just had a Leer 100XQ put on at the store toay. The unit makes my truck look like a suburban with the oversized windows on the side. They also thru in a freebie keyless entry, to make it lock and unlock, very nice feature.

Overall a very good buying experience I am a customer for life. I would definetly recommend these guys to anyone I know.

Amazing service from start to finish. Product came in fast, installation was perfect and left another happy customer. I would recommend them to anyone, staff is very personable, but can get very busy fast.

We purchased several nice accessories from Blackjack in Lees Summit over a three year period with good pricing and installation. The difficulty however is simple: Any type of product failure, however obvious and glaring, is subject to a lot of stalling. Even after waiting out the delays and patiently pursing resolution, the staff and owners are not in fact interested in their company or personal reputations. Very, very sad. I suggest that the knowledgeable, competent selling is not worth the unsavory risks of doing business with Blackjack Truck Accessories in Lees Summit.
