This is by far the worst company in this area that you could ever work for. They are not qualified to be doing what they're doing.

Kathleen, the CEO, is a very difficult person to ever work with. She doesn't know how to think for herself. She's inept, and often times I felt like she was only trying to please me with her answers. She seemed so fake. In all of my conversations with her, it was only her answering questions, never the employees actually doing the work. Why are you answering for employees when you clearly don't have a single clue how these areas of marketing work and are just giving wrong answers to your client. How about deflecting those questions off? The point is, if you want to work with a quality marketing agency, go elsewhere. If you work with this company, you'll learn quickly it's a mistake.

Did not have a great experience. You can find much better, quality work for the prices quoted on projects.

I used to work at the company and Kathleen, the owner of the company, doesn't have a clue how to run a marketing agency. She's very introverted so she sits in her office all day with the door shut and doesn't want to be bothered. She doesn't really talk to her employees unless she's berating them, so it's miserable working with her.

She also likes to micromanage and is a control freak. The workplace is the opposite of autonomous, because she has trust issues. She's not willing to trust employees to handle accounts and if the slightest thing goes wrong, she loses it. She doesn't allow you to work your way, she's the do as I say type of person, except her way is wrong 95% of the time. She doesn't have a clue what she's talking about in regards to any area of marketing, which is why there is always problems with clients and then she just blames you for it. If she really wanted to retain more clients she would spend more time on getting results, not just fixing what is broke.
