Camp Tekakwitha is a French-speaking summer camp in Leeds, Maine. It offers a wide variety of activities for children and a unique program based on mountain trekking for teenagers. The camp provides tents and equipment and a variety of menus designed by a dietician specifically for teenagers. Its typical day includes four main periods of activities, including two group activities and the remaining two according to individual tastes. The camp sends groups on the Appalachian Trail. Its Pioneers program offers a unique experience to teenagers. It also assigns a medical team on a permanent basis to care for small nicks and cuts.
