The whole store is so nice and clean. Sarah made the purchase process easy for us and was super friendly. The staff here is great, not overbearing. Would definitely recommend.

Farnell was awesome to deal with, called to check in after first visit, we came back and ordered our new furniture, very smooth, Farnell was polite very nice easy going guy.

Raymond and Jasmine were extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase. Ray answered all my questions and went out of his way to get me the best deals regarding my purchase. Jasmine made the transaction process quick and easy! Highly recommend!

Jerry provided excellent service and was extremely patient with myself and my family as I purchased my very first couch! Can’t recommend him highly enough!

They will sell you a couch they do not have in inventory, take your money, and then lie to you several times over the next 2 months about when your couch will finally arrive. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had attempting to buy a couch. The sales people were rude, abrupt when asked questions, and then upcharge you on the back end to eradicate whatever sale they had going. Rather than following up with us, we have had to contact them each time. Last time they claimed glitches in the system caused someone else to get our couch. And after 2 full months I can say...the worst experience is paying money for something that never comes. Go anywhere else.

My wife and I had a very positive experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore in Ledgewood the other day.
We liked the selection and the layout of the store very much.
The best part was our sales rep, Nic. From the time he introduced himself, we were so impressed with this young man. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and presented himself in a very professional manner.
He assisted us in getting a good deal on the furniture we picked out, and explained everything to us thoroughly.
It was a pleasure dealing with Nic, and he certainly represented Ashley well.

Brian was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend both him and Ashley Furniture if anyone needed furniture for their home.

Ordered 2 loveseats but needed the center console with cup holders removed in both, was told ..no problem..paid 50 dollars per loveseat to have them removed, which I felt was reasonable. Was informed they could not take old couch away, but, would haul to curb. When truck arrived for delivery I was told there was only one loveseat on the order. After several phone calls between me, Ledgewood, and the warehouse it was finally confirmed that I HAD ordered 2 loveseats and that the other would be delivered the next week. I should never accepted just the one! Next week truck shows up with loveseat with the center console not removed. Refused delivery, resulting in several more phone calls. Following week, finally got completed order. Terrible communication between sales, ordering, and warehouse. 3 days for one simple order! ..would not Shop Ashley again.

Stellar experience at the Ashley in Ledgewood. Sharon Q welcomed me and put me at ease immediately. I’m from out of state, had just moved to the area and desperately needed some furniture. She explained everything so well and really made the whole process seamless. I can’t thank her enough for the help of getting me settled in so far from home.

Recently, my daughter, her fiance and I, purchased a sofa & love seat from Ashley Furniture. Our salesman, Joe Scafa, was very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. It was a busy day, and while Joe had other customers, he would check back with us, without delay. Hi ok let me start with My sales lady Sharon Quinones!!!! 5 min into talking and I felt like I've known her all my life !!! That being said , I needed to furnish my whole house , Bedroom, living room , dining room , and kitchen! With 2 screaming kids and so many decisions she was friendly very knowledgeable and patient through my 4 hrs of trying to decide what to buy !!!! I will definitely never go anywhere else to buy another peice of furniture again ! My experience was awesome and the rest of the staff and management were also super friendly and helpful!!! Not to mention the low prices they out beat another giant by 30% total cost of what I bought wich in my case was around 1500$ ���� Super happy thank you Sharon !!!!!!

When furnishing my first apartment I didn't realize how much I needed. I quickly realized I change my mind a lot and the employee working with my family and I was so patient and helpful through it all. I wish I remembered the reps name but he didn't pressure us at all instead he gave us options and let us make the final decisions. I appreciated his respect and flexibility while I was very indecisive. The other staff all had smiles on their faces and everyone was super helpful especially in answering my questions regarding monthly financing. I am grateful for my beautiful furniture, which was exactly what I wanted. Thanks to you and your staff who was so helpful. I was a first time customer and I will definitely be back!
