        Overall

        I have been a patient of Dr. Hazelwood for about 13 years. He has been the only doctor to help me get my Fibromyalgia under control. He has listened to me and worked with me through many medicines until we found the medicines that worked the best to relieve my pain and help me sleep. I have recommended him to many people and will keep recommending him to anyone I think would benefit from being treated by him.

        The worst doctor i have ever seen in my life and i was in the army this guys only concern is to give the workerscomp insurance carrier what they want to tell them theres nothing wrong with you

        Caring and professional

        I have been nothing but impressed with his demeanor. He is very willing to work with me and my requests NOT to be dulled by narcotics...we have worked with non-narcotic meds and he has been ably handling my case for over a year now. Am I 100% pain free 100% of the time? No, but Dr Hazelwood is always concerned about me and how I am feeling, and works to change meds to make me feel as good as possible...if you are looking for a pill dispensory, keep looking, but if you want a caring, professional...

        Disappointed

        Seemed to care more about the insurance company than me, the client. Would cut me off in mid sentence when trying to explain pertinent facts to him. Seemed to have a cookie cutter approach to my case rather than trying to understand my situation.
