My wife and I recently (about 4-6 months ago) were trying to go through this agency to look at a house. I won't mention the actual realtor who showed us properties, but I'll tell you my deal with this particular agency.

Everytime I tried to call the realtor, the realtor would say "let me call you back..." or something to that extent. I can understand a couple times, but almost everytime this happened. The realtor didn't seem at ALL motivated to sell the house, and I really didn't like that at all. This particular person dressed very lax, and didn't even present him or herself in a professional way.

I do realize and agree that family is very important; however, this person was always setting me off for family things. I got angered by this, because if you don't have time to be a real estate agent--then don't. Don't waste my time and other peoples. Also, another thing...everytime my wife and I wanted to place an offer on a house, we were told why don't you sleep on it. We lost a house because the realtor didn't act fast enough.

Also, this agency tries to get you to go thru C & C Mortgage. What a joke! The main lady you deal with, Marsha is so arrogant that if your house is less than hers--she'll let you know it. She tries to force you into things and doesn't really care about people's well-beings. She and her husband are in deep with this company, and really have their own little monopoly going on right in office. What makes me most mad is that she doesn't ever pick up her phone. Usually, motivated people are quick to pick the phone up seeing how time is money. No, she doesn't. Then, when she DOES FINALLY call back it's very quick. If you're busy, Lord forbid, because if you call her right back and im talkin within minutes of the missed call she won't pick up. That's rude. You know she is still right there by that phone! Furthermore, she won't handle all business (calling...etc) within work hours. She'll be like, let me call you back when I get home. Then, when she does she's so wrapped up in home life, you just get the overall feeling what am I doing trying to go with this place?!

So, would I go back to this agency and mortgage company? Nope. I ended up going with another local WELL-KNOWN realtor and agency and have bought a beautiful house and acerage. I'm very happy, but I wanted to give others a heads-up.
