Disappointed greatly in this owner's actions yesterday...I have been with him for six winters and always met resistance whenever I questioned him on anything...yesterday, after arriving 45 minutes late, excusable because of an emergency call, he told me, before even looking at the soot on my walls, that it couldn't be my furnace, and none of his other customers had experienced this problem...his cell phone rang, after walking part of the house with me to view the blackness, and he proceeded to excuse himself and talk for several minutes....when he came back, I remarked that even though I felt cell phones were a necessity, that they had their correct place with businesses....I then said I really didn't want to get into further discussion and that I wanted to have him help me with my problem...He then said he wasn't charging me for this visit (he hoped to schedule a 350.00 duct cleaning) and I said I planned on paying him for a visit....he then told me that I needed to find someone else and walked out.....
