Space Center RV Park

RV park is conviently located, management is friendly. But the owners are slow to make improvements, WIFI is in need of upgrade, net is slow and not functional 40% of the time. They raise the rates then shutdown the pool a week later, no date given for completion of repairs.

Park is very unkempt and trashy. Lots are very close together . Hard to maneuver in park. Owners do not pick up after pets. Noisy. Grounds are very uneven and rutted....easy to fall or twist and ankle.

What a horrible experience! Our granddaughter had a cheer leading competition in Galveston the first Saturday of spring break. We made reservations for 3 nights weeks in advance as we knew lodging would be hard to get! We pulled in on a Friday night and were a little disappointed that the highway was so close and there were no picnic facilities or fire rings. However, the kids were excited to be camping and on a trip with grandpa and grandma. We filled out the paperwork and left it in the office. Our granddaughter had to be at the expo center by 7 a.m. We left at 6 and began our long day. Imagine our dismay when we arrive at the camp ground tired and hungry only to find out they rented our spot to someone else. Explanation :"We thought you left because you weren't here this morning at 8:30. You should have called us and told us you were going to be gone all day." Excuse me, they had my reservations, had my credit card. What? Since when do you need to call to tell the camp ground hosts that you are going to go out for a day? What a disappointment to my grand kids! Thumbs down! One star cause I have to, not because they deserve it!

Not a bad RV park but lots or two close together you can't row your awning out for shade And not really made for big Motorhome our fifth wheels

i love the place my boyfriend lives there and evryone is so friendly and considerate, and everyone watches over everyone
